Marlene is a Partner at Compensation Governance Partners, based in Toronto. Marlene advises clients on aligning corporate strategy with effective compensation design in a broad range of industry sectors.
Prior to CGP, Marlene practiced compensation consulting at a multi-national HR advisory firm and in-house at an international technology firm.
Experience
With over 15 years of consulting experience, Marlene advises public and private sector clients across Canada. She works with boards and management to reinforce the attainment of business objectives through compensation strategy and best practices.
Education
Marlene is a faculty member of The Directors College. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo, with a specialization in Business Administration and a minor in Economics. Marlene is also a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Group Benefits Associate (GBA) and is trained in job evaluation methodologies.
