Eddington is a Senior Consultant at Compensation Governance Partners, based in Toronto. Eddington provides analysis in support of executive compensation projects to ensure accurate valuation of compensation programs of both clients and comparators.
Experience
Eddington has 7 years of consulting experience, including at a multi-national HR advisory firm. He possesses strong technical and analytical skills with a deep knowledge of statistical analysis and financial instruments.
Education
Eddington holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics Degree, Statistics Major from the University of Waterloo, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, Finance Option from Wilfrid Laurier University. He has also passed the Level I examination of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute Program and is trained in job evaluation methodologies.
